Scientricity: Energizing Science Clubbers for Sustainable Energy

We celebrate Science Month every year . And the theme for this year's Science Month celebration is Scientricity: Energizing Science Clubbers for Sustainable Energy.
We all know that our country suffered from crisis , and some of our inventors tried their best to discover new things and ways to prevent crisis . And in doing this inventions , they will be needing energy . We know that electricity is one of the important thing that helps us in our daily life . So , we should not waste it , we must conserve it . And we must know the right way in using energy . If we do not need to use it , it is better if we save it . We should not be using any thing that needs electricity when not needed . And in that way , we will provide more energy .
We should all provide more energy not only the Science Clubbers but also all of us .

MY TEACHER MY HERO

One good teacher in a lifetime may sometimes change a delinquent into a solid citizen .
Throughout my life I have been taught by a number of teachers, all of whom have had some form of influence on me whether it be positive or negative. He/She shows qualities such as patience, kindness, flexibility, resourcefulness, tolerance and open-mindedness. He/She also has a good sense of humour and is honest, humble, enthusiastic and most importantly enjoys teaching. A great teacher always smiles at his/her students. He/She encourages her or his students to study hard .
And they are the reason why there are a lot of students who achieved their goals and dreams in life . And I am very thankful to them because they pursue me to do my best . They encourage me and make me believe that I can also be a hero like them.

There's No One Else Like HIM

Being a HERO doesn't mean having super powers or saving the day all the time . HEROES try their best to work everything out for the people around their community no matter how hard it is . However, there always seems to be one individual that we seek for guidance, for inspiration, or to simply to save us from our troubles. To some they are know as heroes, but to me He is known as GOD .
I consider Him as a HERO because He gave me the most important thing that a person can get, LIFE . He was a true hero because He sacrificed His self for our sins. And He was always there in times of our needs . I may have a lot of inspiration but He is the main one . And without Him we will not be where we are right now. Without Him we will not achieve our dreams and goals in life. We wont be able to live peacefully and Without Him we will not be with our loving families , friends, and the other people around us . We all now He doesn't forgets, He was always behind us no matter what .
I am so thankful that God has given me the chance to live in this world  . And I will not waste it , I will try my best to serve Him , because I know that if we really have faith in God , NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE . We can do good things, and by doing it in good ways we are showing God how much we LOVE Him .

"Tatag ng Wikang Filipino,Lakas ng Pagka-Pilipino"

In every country, there is a thing that they consider as a treasure. This treasure shows the differences in every traditions and beliefs. But in all of this, one thing will not disappear and cannot deny, the importance of a language.

A language or a dialect gives way to share all people's thought, ideas, and more. A language also gives way to make a communication or a conversation. And this communication or conversation is really important to build, to be steady, and to maintain a country or a place. A language is a bond. Our ancestors will not unite to evict those colony if they weren't unified of our own dialect. This serves as their bond to tell each others plans, dreams, and their goal for our country or what town they thought. When we hear people using our dialect we are so proud, aren't we? Probably those people who are living in one place would not noticed it. But if we are in foreign countries and we hear people using our dialect is a like a music, it's like a bond of a person using it and a person listening to it. For example, if an OFW hears a FILIPINO dialect, he or she feels very happy, it seems like he or she considers that the person talking is his or her family.

And we cannot deny that the stability of a Filipino language is the one that giving us strength to bond us with our countrymen, and it is the one giving us strength to be a PILIPINO . And we must be proud that the Filipino language is ours. And this language will forever flow in our blood.

Reflection

In school, I have learned that creativity isn't held in the classroom always. I have learned that focusing in our studies is one of the best thing that a student should do for he/she will have a good grades. I had discovered that we are not only learning on what our dear teachers are discussing but we are also learning with our dear classmates and with our other schoolmates. Everyday , I am expecting that on that day , I will learn something new , new things , new ideas , new educational issues and etc.
I hadn't encounter problems yet regarding in my studies and I thank God for that. I might have but it's not that big or it's not a bid deal , there are some misunderstandings with my classmates but it was not a big deal.
Those problems were talk about nicely that's why we were okay again, the one that I had say a while ago. And if there were really problems , I must do by best to fix it quickly so that i wont suffer.
Moving on, I will do my really really best to study hard and to be responsible enough student. How I wish that as classes is moving on ,tere will be no problems that I might face and still , I'll be focusing on my studies so that I will graduate with no problems , with no suffering.

SONA 2012 of Pres. Benigno Aquino III

The State of the Nation Address is an annual address by the President of the Philippines to the Congress of the Philippines. Last July 23, Pres. P-noy delivered his 3rd State of the Nation Address to all Filipinos nationwide. He started his report at exactly 4:04 pm and ended at 5:30 pm.

About the main points he reported on his third SONA I might say that our President is really doing his best for all the Filipinos nationwide. Here are some highlight points on the SONA of the Pres. : Free Education for 4.57 millions students, Phil-health members as of now are 85 percent of the Filipinos, in his terms, 3.1 million jobs were created, better implementation of bidding process at DPWH cited ; infrastructure being improved without raising taxes, DOT'S "It's more fun in the Philippines"tourism campaign lauded , when he assumed office , 45% of  policemen had no guns; 74,600 new guns to be added for the police force, no more cash advances allowed in government agencies, 1.5 million hectares of trees to be planted by 2016, congress urged to pass amendments to the anti-money laundering act (AMLA), territorial dispute with China particularly in the West Philippine Sea mentioned , and so on and so for. How I wish that some of those words he says will bring good results to all Filipinos.

I might say that our Pres. is relly doing his responsibilities as a leader . A leader who has a confidence and he really believes that all the challenges that every Filipino is facing can be solve. With the help of each other our country will arise . Our President says on the last part of his report "Filipinos made change possible ; changes come from citizenry.

"Pagkain ng Gulay Ugaliin , Araw-araw itong Ihain"

Nutrition Month Celebration is about health awareness campaign that is held every July. This includes the importance of making informed food choices as well as developing and maintaining good eating habits. This isn't just another health thing. The fact is that the majority of diseases that affect Filipinos today can be traced back to bad nutrition and unsound eating habits. Unhealthy foods or junk foods don't provide anything that the body can use, aside from that, it needs to work twice as hard to push those extra toxins out of the body.
There is a very simple way to see how this works in real life. First of all, think fresh. Stock up on fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. Snacking on fruits, nuts and vegetables is a much healthier choice as they are fat and sugar free. Unlike junk food, snacking on healthy foods will actually kill hunger pangs rather than just mask them. Apart from that, a number of chronic conditions can be greatly improved by making healthy eating choices. By opting for a nutritionally sound diet, your body immediately gains access to higher energy levels. By breaking down components like carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, the body can repair and replenish itself. Today it is probably harder than ever to eat right, especially when fast foods seem like a more convenient option to a healthy meal. And there are tips you can keep in mind to incorporate more nutrition into your daily diet.
In situations where it just isn't possible to eat healthy, try and eat as healthy as you can. For example, instead of burgers, order a grilled cheese sandwich. Eating in a nutritionally sound way might be a little hard at first but you'll feel the difference right away. Celebrating National Nutrition Month is an effective way to get your health back on track.

Letter for the President

Dear Mr. President,
I am hoping that you are experiencing a nice day as you read my letter sir . I am Genelle sir , a 15 years old girl . I am a student at ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL . And I am writing you today to share my thoughts about "Poverty in the Philippines" sir .

I became interested to this issue because I know that Poverty is one of the problems that our country is suffering .

One answer why a country is experiencing poverty is lack of social mobility . Another factor is religion: the dominant Catholic church encourages husbands and wives to have large families (more children than they can afford to feed and educate) and forbids the use of birth control. People in the lower classes are often mired in poverty as a result of no access to family planning. In rural areas, many families lack electricity and their children attend schools where there are over-crowded classrooms, old books and no computers. Students who lack educational opportunities will not acquire the skills needed to move up in society or find a good job after graduating (assuming they graduate). And, in a country with poorly educated people, democracy will not work well: frauds and charlatans and corrupt leaders will be able to keep people from being able to improve their situation, while those who are wealthy will find ways to navigate the system and gain whatever benefits they can from it.

What response could we expect sir ? I know it's not that easy to make an action but we really need too .
Well , I wanna congratulate you sir , for all the success that you have achieve . And I know that you are giving all your best to do your responsibilities and duties . Thank You Sir
         .

                                                                                                                        Sincerely,

                                                                                                               Marie Genelle Ronquillo
